The New Moon marks the beginning of the lunar cycle, but it does not begin with action. It begins with stillness.

When the moon disappears from the sky, nature pauses. Seeds rest beneath the soil before they grow. This phase invites us to do the same. Rather than pushing forward or making big plans, the New Moon offers a gentle space to listen inwardly and notice what is quietly forming in your life.

This evening ceremony is a place to step out of busyness and return to yourself.

We begin with a short introduction to the meaning of the New Moon and how this phase has traditionally been connected with intention, attention, and renewal.
