About the event

The Waning Moon is a time of release, integration, and soft endings. After the fullness of the lunar peak, the light begins to recede, inviting us to put things down, complete cycles, and return energy to ourselves.

This evening ceremony offers a space to work with the Waning Moon as a phase of letting go. We begin with a gentle introduction to the Waning Moon and its themes of completion, forgiveness, and emotional clearing, followed by a guided meditation to help you notice what you are ready to loosen your grip on.

Rather than pushing forward, this is a moment to listen inwardly. To recognise what has run its course, what feels heavy, and what no longer needs to travel with you into the next lunar cycle.

We then move into a shared tea ceremony using the Rootlight Rituals Waning Moon blend, created to support release, calm, and restoration. The…
